This is a retreat for anyone longing to create. To be held, to be pampered and to simply have some fun.
You bring your own art or project to work on during the day. In the morning, afternoon and evening there will be a program tailored to nurturing your creativity. If you want a break from your personal project there are also other fun and creative exercises available.

The practical stuff
There are shared rooms and private rooms available. If you share a private room with a friend, you both get a €200 discount. Email me if you want to do this hello@withcaressa.nl.
You have full access to my artist studio which holds easels, a sculpting bench and some basic paint, sculpting and drawing tools.
Other (specific to your art) materials like paint, clay, canvas, etc. you bring yourself.
Included are 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 3 dinners. Incredibly nourishing food for mind, body and soul.
We will be fully surrounded by mother nature herself at Caressa’s new retreat centre Het Ware Noorden which is located at the heart of De Veluwe in Voorthuizen, The Netherlands.
We start Thursday June 1st at 10:00, and end Sunday the 4th at 17:00

FAQ
Not at all! This retreat is open to all people longing to create. The concept is ‘bring your own art’, but there will also be a lot to do and create if you don’t have a bigger project that will take you a lot of time.
This retreat is a creative playground designed to nourish your inner artist (aka your inner child). This creates fertile ground to work on any project that needs you to be creative. So are you working on a concept for your next online program? Or do you want to create a new structure for your business to thrive? These are all things you can bring to the retreat with you.
As long as you come with an open mind this is not a problem at all. The yoga will be gentle and mainly energy focused, meaning we do exercises to work with our energetic system, something everyone can do. It is a great container to experience spiritual practices that can support you on your creative journey.

What can you expect?
For 1,5 hours you are safely held, in this time I’m holding space for you to surrender and open. In this healing you will experience the abundant depth and power of the crystals in combination with essential oils, sound- and Reiki healing. These tools together create a warm bath in which you are open to receive the energy on a deeper level. A lot can come to the surface during a healing, we give everything space to be seen, felt and released. The crystals have a beautiful way of showing and empowering your true essence, always reminding you of the light that resides within.
Next to feeling recharged and aligned there are many reasons why people come for a healing. Like an overall feeling of wellbeing, but also to release trauma, for better sleep, hormonal balance or to feel connected to yourself. With physical ailments, I like to explore the energetical blockages behind them and together with the crystals help release those.

About Caressa
I come from a family of healers, my mother for example, was a medium and Reiki Master. And from a young age I knew I had a healing touch and wanted to share this with others. In 2016 to 2017, after a beautiful experience that visually opened the energetic world for me, I studied with, and was initiated as a Reiki Master. Recently I’ve studied with mentors supporting me to create a strong foundation in my energy work, deepening my knowledge in crystal healing as well as Reiki. With an insatiable curiosity I continue to learn and gain more and more tools that help me on this path like palmistry, reflexology, tarot, essential oils, natural healing, women’s health, astrology and yoga. It’s very important to me that you feel safe, carried and seen and I would be honored to open the space of healing for you.

The video takes about 20 minutes and has all the information you need to start creating your grid.
For the creation process of your grid (when you have already sourced your crystals) it takes about 2 hours, including glueing.
Everything can be done in your own time, there is no start or end date.
Everything is lifelong! So once you have purchased the guide you can use it over and over again to create as many crystal grids as you’d like.
The best place would be your local crystal or esotheric shop so you can hold and feel each crystal.
Don’t have a shop nearby? No worries! I have included a list with all my favorite online crystal shops.
I know that for some of you this is an investment. Know that you are investing in yourself, and when you take the decision to do this for yourself is when you can undergo deep transformation.

This is not a problem at all! The intuition meditation is a very easy to follow guided meditation, you don’t need any meditation experience.
The first section of the guide is dedicated to give you a good understanding of crystal healing and is a great foundation to learn and grow from.
Creating your crystal grid could even be a beautiful first step on your spiritual journey. It will help you to get touch with your intuition and trust your inner wisdom.

What you'll experience
I have been making visionboards for a long time. They have always been a big help and gave me guidance and beautiful insights because I was genuinely taking a moment to check in and get clear.
In this workshop we will do a guided meditation to check in with yourself, reflect on the past period and see what the heart is longing for. There will also be a beautiful ritual, setting an intention for the coming period and manifesting that into reality. Tuned into your intuition we’ll create our visionboards. Once they are finished we’ll do a sharing and I’ll give you extra insight into your creation through looking at the use of colours, placing, etc. You’ll also go home with a crystal enhancing your manifestations!

What you'll experience
In this experience you will learn about the chakra’s and how they are connected to different themes and crystals, you’ll also learn about the crystals and how they work together in a grid. You’ll journey into the heart through a guided meditation and connected to your intuition start creating your crystal grid. Once they are finished you will get a personal one-on-one reading to uncover the messages in your created artpiece!
Through creating crystal grids I’ve learned their language. It surprises me every single time how the crystals in a grid work as a mirror and exactly show you what needs to be seen in that moment!

Be held in a safe container and receive lots of personal guidance and an in depth reading on your created art piece.
Book a private crystal grid experience for 1-6 people. Price is €222 for 1 person, an additional €99 is added for every extra person joining. Please contact me for specific requests (different grid sizes, couples ‘2 create 1’ crystal grid, etc.).
