We ship within The Netherlands with PostNL as our standard preferred courier. All tariffs below refer to packages shipped with PostNL.

With every order we strive to protect your order, as well as mother nature to the best extend we can. Bubble wrap and other filling/protection material is always reused or made of recycled materials. When we can we reuse shipping packages, so your order might arrive in packaging material from another company.

Please note that International shipping may not be inclusive of duties and taxes. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt and based on local tax rates.

Delivery time for custom orders is approx. 2 weeks, excluding shipping time. All other orders have a delivery time of 1 week, excluding shipping time.

A shipment takes amongst 3 to 5 days after order for Europe.

Pick up in Utrecht is possible. Contact hello@withcaressa.nl for pick up address and time.

Cancellation and returns

We strive to give you the very best crystal products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you a full refund with the original receipt of purchase.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your products. Please return the purchased goods within 14 days after receipt. The total amount, including shipping costs will be credited to you upon receipt of the products. Only the shipping costs for returning the goods to us are at your own expense. If you use this right of cancellation, please return the products with all accessories and – to the extent reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us at: hello@withcaressa.nl. The due amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt, provided that the items have been received in good condition.

Custom orders and opened essential oil blends cannot be returned.
